I’m Meryl Simmons. As an entrepreneur, seasoned business coach, and a Professional EOS Implementer®, I’ve lived the journey, from burnout to in-control and focused. Today, I help other business owners, CEOs and entrepreneurial leadership teams build and grow the businesses (and lives) they dreamed of when they first started.

I was a clinical training director leading 14 national field reps. In under a year our company’s headcount doubled.
Revenue went from $70M to $200M in three years. on paper it looked incredible.
Inside? It was controlled chaos.
Role clarity was murky. Priorities and success metrics changed monthly. Every new plan disappeared before anyone could see if it worked.
